Held Back by Injury? We Can Guide You to a Life of Independence.

We help active people in the Twin Cities get back to hiking, gardening, and moving freely and come back stronger than they were before.

Does this sound like you?

If you're nodding along to any of these, you're in the right place.

  • N
Your hips feel stiff in the morning and it takes a while to get moving. You're starting to accept that as "just how it is"
  • N
You've started modifying your hikes, skipping yoga poses, or cutting your time in the garden shorter than you'd like
  • N
You've seen another chiropractor or tried physical therapy, but the relief didn't last or no one could really explain why it was happening
  • N
You're watching your parents lose independence and quietly wondering if you're heading the same direction
  • N
You don't want someone to just manage your symptoms. You want to actually fix the problem and get a plan.
Patient Being Treated on the table

You've already tried things. So why are your hips still holding you back?

Most people who walk through our door have already been somewhere. They've had their spine cracked and been sent home with the same adjustment every visit. They've done physical therapy with a sheet of exercises but no clear explanation of why they're doing them. They've seen a specialist who told them to rest, wait, and maybe try some anti-inflammatories.

And yet — here they are. Still limited. Still frustrated. Still unable to do the things they love.

"The problem isn't that those things don't work. The problem is that they're treating where the pain is — not why the pain is there in the first place."

At Twin Cities Movement, we start by finding the actual cause. Not just the symptom. Because pain in your hip might be coming from your feet, your low back, or how you've been moving for years. We look at the whole picture — and we build a plan around what we actually find.

The Hip Restoration Program

A complete 16-visit, 8-week roadmap designed specifically for active women who are done guessing and ready to do something about it.

Not another round of adjustments and hope. A structured, progressive program with a clear beginning, middle, and end — and outcomes that go beyond pain relief.

We want you to come out of this stronger than you went in. Not just back to where you were. Better.

Our Approach

The Movement Method

Three phases. One roadmap. Built around the root cause of your problem not just where you feel the pain.

01

HEAL

Find the Real Problem

We start with one of the most detailed assessments you've ever had. We're not looking at where the pain is; we're looking at why it's there. Pain shows up in one place, but the cause is often somewhere else entirely.

02

ADAPT

Relieve and Rebuild

Every visit includes hands-on chiropractic adjusting, manual therapy, and targeted regenerative treatment. We calm the pain down and start correcting the underlying problem so you're not just temporarily better.

03

Thrive

Come Back Stronger

Progressive strength training built around what we found. Not a generic exercise sheet, a plan specific to your body, your goals, and the activities you want to get back to. This is what makes the results last.

Patient stories

What people say after working with us

Real people. Real outcomes. In their own words.

"I'm on my 4th week with Dr. Brandon — we are working on a complex hip and knee issue that has kept me from running for over a year. His expertise, compassion, and inquisitive clinical nature is restoring my ability to run again. I've seen countless specialists for this, with little results. FINALLY I have answers."

Rachel
Marathon Runner, Hip & knee rehabilitation patient

"Dr. Brandon explained things clearly, gave realistic routines, and thought of creative, impactful exercises. He makes you want to be accountable for your progress. Not that I want to hurt myself again, but if I screw anything else up — I'm coming back."

Asa
Baseball Player, Shoulder rehabilitation patient

"Working with Dr. Brandon provided me exactly the peace of mind I was desperate for. I was confused by conflicting information and horror stories online. His knowledge and expertise cut through all of that. My pain is now gone and I'm well on my way to a total recovery."

DMS
Desk Worker, Sciatica rehabilitation patient

ABOUT DR. BRANDON

He's been the patient who couldn't get the right answer. That's why he built something different.

Dr. Brandon Langerude grew up as an athlete — hockey, football, snowboarding — and knows what it feels like to be injured and unable to do the things you love. After three shoulder dislocations, a serious back injury, and major shoulder surgery that required months of rehabilitation, he understood firsthand that getting out of pain is only the first step. The real goal is getting back to life.

Twin Cities Movement was built because we kept seeing the same pattern: patients bouncing between providers, never getting a real answer, never truly fixing the problem. The Movement Method exists to change that.
